Before starting his entrepreneurial journey, Jesse had a remarkable career as a Combat Aviation Advisor and Intelligence Analyst in AirForce Special Operations. He spent years briefing three- and four-star generals and deploying alongside foreign military partners. Whether he was delivering strategic insights to high-ranking military leaders or sharing living quarters with Middle Eastern allies—where days were filled with Arabic conversation, tea rituals, and detailed mission planning—Jesse's experiences fostered a unique blend of leadership, cultural intelligence, and strategic communication. Instead of working in a D.C. think tank, Jesse chose to become an entrepreneur. He co-founded Impact Growth Capital, where he utilizes his previous experience to identify opportunities for developing and transitioning properties into high-quality, affordable living spaces.
